Oh, yes, we all want to help others reach their full potential, especially our children and grandchildren. We must each discover our own God-given gifts and talents, what we are truly capable of, and then put ourselves to the task of developing those gifts, talents and capabilities to their fullest extent.

The world is not hungry for mediocrity. We really don't need a bunch of 4s and 5s running around, doing an average job in life. This world needs 10s.

The problem comes when we try to take the gift God has given us and use it to do what someone else is doing instead of developing our own potential.
