We're all amateurs when it comes to love. Don't be too hard on each other.

If I find myself half-carelessly taking lapses for granted, "Oh, that's what they always do." "Oh, of course she talks like that, he acts like that," then I know nothing of Calvary love.

One of the greatest lessons of my own life was learning to turn the inner rampage of hatred and anger toward my own father for his reprehensible behavior and abandonment of his family into an inner reaction more closely aligned with God and God-realized love.

You can't run around town tryin' to get even with every person who does you wrong. Ain't enough hours in the day to do that. Besides, two wrongs don't make a right.
