He chooses the weak things to confound the strong, the simple things to upend the wise.

But in the science of physics, power means something different. Power describes how fast you use energy. For example, it takes the same amount of energy to walk across a football field as it does to run across a football field. But running is faster. Therefore, running has more power. This is the kind of power that makes things happen.

A way to heaven. We can't get there on our own power. But with the power of God we can! Lord, no one is more powerful than You. Thank You for pouring Your power into my life—to help me live the way I should and to make a way for me to get to heaven.

Have you ever been abandoned? Left behind? Sold out? Maybe not dropped literally down a dry hole, but that's how you felt.

God's glory matters more than anything. If people don't know how great and gracious and good He is, how will they not choose something of lesser value? How will they know He's better than everything else if they don't see Him on display in someone like you?

How do you come to understand that what people intended for evil, God intended for good?

If we are truly waiting on God, we won't miss anything.
